Yvonne (Feggins) Rouse

Yvonne Rouse departed this life on the morning of April 15, 2016 after battling an illness for many years.  Born to the union of Jessie and Leila M. Feggins of  Paterson, NJ.

She was the third of eight children.  She attended public school in Paterson. 

Yvonne met Eugene Rouse in 1985 and they were married on August 14, 1987 in Paterson.  She was a devoted  wife, mother of five children and happy homemaker.

Yvonne was a school bus monitor for many years.  She loved working with people and helping them.  She accepted Christ at an early age.  Her church roots began in Paterson.  Later she was a faithful member of Union Baptist Church in Allentown.  Yvonne believed in family and in doing all that she could to help the family become stronger.  She instilled in her children a love for God.

She leaves to mourn her loving husband, Eugene Rouse;

son, Nathaniel Feggins; 3 daughters, Lakia Monique Feggins, Shavonda Feggins and Zhyaniera Fludd-Rouse; mother, Leila M. Feggins; brother, Gregory Feggins; sisters, Cynthia, Sheila, Michelle, Stella, Reyna and Kendasia; daughter-in-law, Nicole Feggins; son-in-law, Anthony Hall; mother-in-law, Viola Rouse; brothers-in-law, Tyrone, Darren, Terry Rouse and Sammie McGruder; sisters-in-law, Diane, Jeanette and Torre Rouse, LoriAnn and Theresa McGruder; six grandchildren, Troynae, Diamond, Troy, Hayzon, Nate Jr., and Jayzon; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

Yvonne was predeceased by her father, Jessie Feggins; son, Troy Rouse; sister, Regina Feggins; brothers-in-law, Joseph and Anthony Rouse; sister-in-law, Doreatha Rouse.
