Prince E. Middleton

Prince Edward Middleton, 78, of Allentown passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at home on Friday, April 29th. Prince was born on October 18th, 1943, in Bamberg, SC to the late Herbert and Eugenia Middleton. Prince earned his education in Bamberg County School District. Prince moved to Allentown in 1965 where he entered the construction industry to become an excavator and a concrete finisher.  Throughout his life, Prince had a passion for fishing and would readily fish several days within a given week.    

Prince will be deeply missed by his brother Joseph Middleton and sisters Pearline Middleton, Barbara Middleton (all of Allentown, PA), Genetha Powell (husband Elaster) of Gaston, NC) and a host of extended family members. Prince was preceded in death by brothers Fred, Herbert, and Herman; sisters Caretha Brabham and Elizabeth Miller.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at Union Baptist Church, 302 N. Sixth Street, Allentown.  Viewing from 10:30 am in church.  Jesse Johnson Funeral Home, Allentown is in charge of the arrangements.  Flowers may be sent to Jesse Johnson Funeral Home 426 Hanover Avenue, Allentown, PA 18109
