Karen (Vickie) V. Hersch, 67, of Salisbury Township, passed away suddenly on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at St. Luke’s University Hospital, Bethlehem. Vickie was the loving wife of Robert M. Hersch for 47 years this past May. She was born September 8, 1954, in Allentown to the late Earl R. Lembach, Sr. and Elizabeth R. (Shea) Lembach. Vickie was employed by K.D. Smith Insurance Co of Allentown and formerly with The Hartford. She was a 1972 graduate of Wm. Allen High School and earned many certificates within the insurance industry. Vickie loved doing crafts, painting and traveling worldwide.
Survivors: Husband Son, Colin R. Hersch and wife Jennifer of Northampton, Daughters, Larissa S. Schache and husband Christopher of Whitehall, Dana N. Sobers and husband Andre of Salisbury Township and Amber J. James and husband Derrick of Whitehall; Eleven Loving Grandchildren; Sisters: Carol E., wife of Robert Benware of Blandon, Louise M., wife of Robert Lerch of Coopersburg; Brother: Earl R. Lembach and wife Jean of Northampton.
Services: To be held at St. John’s U.C.C. – Mickleys Church, 2918 MacArthur Road, Whitehall, PA on Friday, October 8, 2021, 12 pm. Call 10 am to 12 pm at the church.
