Mildred Celestine (Dempsey) Howe

Sadly Mildred Celestine Howe 81 passed away in Easton Hospital, on May 9th, 2017, after a

slow decline caused by a stroke some 24 years ago. Mildred was born in the Bronx, NY on

October 27, 1935 to the late David Irwin Dempsey and Anna Lee Dempsey She attended

Hunter College in New York and went on to become a therapist, helping countless people in life

coping skills.

Millie was the wife of 26 years to the late Richard Howe and a loving mother of 5. She

expressed nothing but love, kindness, and strength. Her children Beverly (a successful Nurse),

Jerry (incredible pastor, organist and singer), Janice (accomplished singer and song writer)

Greg Howe (incredible guitarist) Al Howe (incredible singer and songwriter) and grandchildren,

Naomi, Joseph, Niya, Jeremiah Alexander and Briana are her legacy and proof that Millie did

her job here on earth very very well. So after a very positive and long life…..Rest in Peace

Millie. You earned it. We all loved you very much.
