Rafael A. Hernandez

Rafael A. Hernandez, 76 of Bethlehem passed away on September 9, 2016. He was born in The Dominican Republic to the late Pedro Hernandez and Olympia Guzman. He is survived by his wife Aracelis B. Hernandez along with his son, Remy Santi of Bethlehem, daughter, Wanda Rodriquez of Bethlehem, brothers; Remberto Hernandez, of Queens, Francisco Hernandez of The Bronx, sisters; Zoila Hernandez of Bethlehem, Idalina Gonzalez of Queens, Brunilda Mejias of Queens, Elena Gonzalez of The Dominican Republic. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Services: 4pm Tuesday September 13th at the Ortiz Funeral Home located 2121 Westchester Ave., The Bronx. Interment will follow the next morning at St. Raymond Cemetery there in the Bronx.
